Refunds and Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

To request a cancellation and/or refund, contact Ekho at [email protected]. Please note the following cutoff points:

  • Financed orders: Refunds are no longer permissible after a financing contract is signed.

  • All other orders: Refunds are no longer permissible after the Ekho Purchase Agreement is signed.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once a cancellation is approved, refund processing times depend on your original payment method:

  • Card payments: Typically 5–10 business days to appear on your statement

  • Bank transfers (ACH): Typically 3–5 business days

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact Ekho support.


Disputes

I was charged a different amount than expected. Why?

The sales tax and registration fees shown at checkout are very close estimates but are not exact. The final amounts are calculated after you place the order and can vary slightly. If you believe there is an error, please contact Ekho support and we will review the charges with you.
