What payment methods are available at checkout?

You can choose between paying via card (debit card or credit card) or applying for financing. If you are not accepted for financing or are not satisfied with the lender’s offer, you can always choose to pay via card or bank transfer instead.

Why is my card payment failing?

There can be many reasons leading to a failed payment, including insufficient funds, security measures of your banking institution, etc. As a first step, please contact your banking institution to help troubleshoot. If payment still fails after reaching out to your bank, please contact Ekho’s support team and we’ll assist you.

How long does it take for my bank transfer to process?

On average it takes 3-5 business days for Ekho to receive a bank transfer.

How do I validate the bank transfer via micro-deposit?

If you choose to validate your bank account via micro-deposit, you will receive an email titled ‘Verify your bank account for Ekho Dealer LLC’ with instructions. The micro-deposit sent to your account will include a 4 digit code you must input in the link included in the aforementioned email.

Why is the total price at checkout different from what I was charged?

The sales tax and registration fees shown at checkout are very close estimates, but aren’t exact. The sales tax and registration amounts are calculated after you place the order and can vary slightly from estimates shown. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Ekho support.
