Track Your Order

Monitor your vehicle from order to delivery

Overview

Track your vehicle's progress from order to delivery or pickup. The tracking system shows you exactly where your order is in the fulfillment process through clear stages. You can see your current status, estimated delivery or pickup dates, shipping information, and contact details for questions.

How It Works

Click "Track my order" from your Buyer Portal to open the tracking view. You'll see fulfillment steps displayed vertically. Completed steps show checkmarks, your current step is expanded with details, and future steps are shown but collapsed.

The Fulfillment Steps

  1. Payment finalization and ID verification — Complete payment and/or apply for financing and complete the ID verification

  2. Order processing — Your vehicle is being prepared; this step will be completed once your VIN is assigned (if applicable)

  3. Paperwork finalization — Complete any remaining paperwork including sales documents, financing contracts, and any titling & registration paperwork

  4. Waiting for your vehicle — Vehicle is being prepared for pickup or home delivery

  5. Your vehicle is on its way / ready for pickup — Vehicle is in transit or ready

  6. Delivered / Picked up — Fulfillment complete

  7. Post-fulfillment steps (if necessary) — Complete any remaining titling and registration requirements

Note: Step 7 will not appear in the Buyer Portal tracking interface, but you may still need to complete these steps if required by your state.

Step Details

Step 1: Payment Finalization and ID Verification

Your order has been received. You need to complete three things: payment (pay in full or accept financing offer), signatures (sign purchase or credit agreement), and ID verification. Once all three are complete, your order moves to the next step.

Step 2: Order Processing

Ekho is gathering information needed to complete your paperwork. This happens behind the scenes, you don't need to do anything.

Step 3: Paperwork Finalization

Complete any remaining paperwork, credit application (if financing), and insurance proof (if required).

Step 4: Waiting for Your Vehicle

For Pickup Orders: You'll see the pick up location, address, estimated pick up date, and shipping company information.
For Delivery Orders: You'll see the estimated delivery date and delivery address.

Step 5: Vehicle in Transit / Ready for Pickup

For Pickup: Your vehicle is ready — you'll see the location address and contact information.
For Delivery: Your vehicle is on its way — you'll see shipping company, contact number, estimated delivery date, and tracking reference.

Step 6: Delivered / Picked Up

Fulfillment is complete!

Troubleshooting & FAQ

Why is my order stuck on a certain step?

Each step requires specific actions before moving forward. Step 1: Complete payment, signatures, and ID verification. Step 2: Wait for processing (no action needed). Step 3: Complete paperwork, credit application (if financing), and insurance (if required). Steps 4-6: Wait for fulfillment. If you've completed everything and it's been stuck, contact support.

Why don't I see an estimated delivery/pickup date?

Estimated dates are shown when available. If you see "Not specified," the date hasn't been determined yet. Dates are typically provided closer to fulfillment and will update automatically when available.

What do the checkmarks mean?

Checkmarks (✓) indicate completed steps. Steps before your current step show checkmarks instead of numbers, meaning those stages are finished.

What if my estimated date passes and my vehicle hasn't arrived?

Estimated dates are estimates and may change. Delivery details will be most up to date when sourced from the manufacturer or dealer directly. Check the tracking reference (if available) for current status, or contact the shipping company or pickup location using the contact information shown in your tracking.

What is Step 7 and when do I see it?

Step 7 (Post-Fulfillment Steps) covers actions you may need to take after your vehicle has been delivered or picked up, such as completing verification forms, handling temporary tags, or finalizing permanent registration and title. Important: Step 7 will not appear in the Buyer Portal tracking interface, but you may still need to complete these steps if required by your state.
