Order Modifications & Corrections

How to update your address, correct document errors, or make changes to your order after it has been placed

Please do not hesitate to reach out to Ekho support at [email protected] if you have questions not answered below.

I entered the wrong address during checkout. How do I correct it?

Please contact Ekho support as soon as possible at [email protected] and we will update your address. Address corrections may impact your titling and registration, sales tax, and delivery, so it is important to notify us early.

Can I change the vehicle configuration or trim on my order?

Configuration changes depend on the manufacturer and the stage of your order. If your vehicle has not yet entered production, changes may be possible. Please contact the manufacturer directly for configuration changes, and then reach out to Ekho support so we can update your order accordingly.

There is an error on my titling documents. How do I fix it?

If you notice an error on any titling documents (such as a misspelled name, incorrect address, or wrong VIN), please contact Ekho support immediately. We will issue corrected documents and, if applicable, schedule a new remote signing session. Do not submit documents with known errors to the DMV.

Can I switch between automated and assisted titling and registration?

Ekho does not currently allow customers to switch titling and registration options after placing an order, as there are many downstream implications. However, if you are eligible for a refund, you can place a new order with the desired option. Please note this may delay production and delivery.

I placed a duplicate order by mistake. What should I do?

Please reach out to Ekho support immediately at [email protected] and we will cancel the duplicate order.

Can I change the name on my order?

Name changes on orders can be complex due to financing and titling requirements. Please contact Ekho support to discuss your specific situation. In some cases, the order may need to be cancelled and resubmitted under the correct name.
