Delivery

FAQs about delivery

Please do not hesitate to reach out to Ekho support at [email protected] if you have questions not answered below.

Delivery Timing

When will my vehicle be delivered?

Please reference the estimated delivery date in your buyer portal for the most up-to-date estimate. Ekho will update this estimate as soon as updated information becomes available. For more specific delivery tracking, please contact the manufacturer directly as they manage all shipping logistics.

Why is my delivery delayed?

Delivery timelines are managed by the manufacturer. Common reasons for delays include production schedules, parts availability, and shipping logistics. Please reach out directly to the manufacturer for the most up-to-date delivery information.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you need to change your delivery address, contact Ekho support as soon as possible. The team will do their best to accommodate the request depending on how far into the delivery process you are. Please note, address changes may impact your titling, registration, and sales tax calculations. For delivery-specific logistics, you may also need to coordinate with the manufacturer and some fees could apply.

Receiving Your Vehicle

What should I do when my vehicle arrives?

When your vehicle is delivered:

  1. Inspect for any visible damage (scratches, dents, broken parts)

  2. Verify all included items (charger, keys, manuals, accessories)

  3. Confirm the VIN matches your paperwork

  4. Take photos for your records

If there are any issues with the vehicle itself, contact the manufacturer directly.

My vehicle arrived with damage or missing parts. Who do I contact?

For any issues related to the physical vehicle β€” including shipping damage, defects, missing parts (such as a charger or accessories), or assembly concerns β€” please contact the manufacturer directly. Ekho handles checkout, financing, and titling but does not manage the physical vehicle or delivery logistics.

Does my vehicle come assembled?

Assembly varies by manufacturer and delivery method. Some vehicles arrive fully assembled and ready to ride, while others may require minor setup (attaching mirrors, handlebars, or charging the battery). Contact the manufacturer for assembly details specific to your vehicle.

I received my vehicle. What are the next steps?

After delivery, you should:

  • Display your temporary tag (if your vehicle is street-legal, Ekho will mail you a physical copy via UPS within 3-5 days of delivery)

  • Complete any outstanding buyer portal steps (VIN inspection, remote signing, etc.)

  • Wait for your permanent plates and registration (typically 4–6 weeks after Ekho submits to the DMV)
