Why is identity verification required?

Ekho requires identity verification for all orders in order to prevent fraudulent purchases.

Why is my identity verification failing?

On rare occasions, the lighting of the photo or other circumstances may cause the verification to fail. If you have exceeded the maximum number of verification attempts, please reach out to Ekho support who can reset the session and help troubleshoot.

Why is my identity verification freezing/stuck?

Please reach out to Ekho support who can help troubleshoot and reset your verification session.

What forms of identity are accepted?

Ekho supports most US government issued IDs including a driver’s license or passport. However, due to per-state and/or financing requirements, it is most preferred to use a driver's license. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Ekho support.
