Ekho requires identity verification for all orders in order to prevent fraudulent purchases. All buyers are required to use the Stripe system to complete this step.

Ekho supports most US government issued IDs including a driver’s license or passport. However, due to per-state and/or financing requirements, it is most preferred to use a driver's license. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Ekho support.
